Types of company formation in Dubai Logistics City Freezone
This type of company formation must have shareholders, directors, secretary and a general manager to set up the business. You must also have a minimum capital of AED 30,000 with a minimum share value of AED 1
A branch office in DLC cannot have a secretary or board of directors but they must have a general manager who is responsible for running the business. The branch name and activity must be the same as the parent company and the name should end with the designation “branch”.
