Types of Company Structures in Abu Dhabi

Debts are limited with this type of company structure and any responsibilities are distributed between two shareholders on a minimum. LLC in Abu Dhabi can only be gained by appointing a UAE national as a sponsor with a minimum 51% share and 49% by foreigners.

A company or business is 100% owned by a UAE national.

A company owned by an expat with 100% ownership – only limited professional activities are allowed to use this structure.

A foreigner can own 100% of the company. There are some listed countries and free zones for branch of foreign company registration. But for this structure, you must consult with an expert or a lawyer to proceed with opening a business.
